Show Home in a Premium Design

For the upcoming Nová Myslivna project in Brno, we designed a model apartment that embodies a comprehensive vision of modern urban living with an emphasis on aesthetics, functionality, and everyday comfort. The space features a harmonious combination of warm Mocca and Champagne tones, complemented by premium veneers, marble textures, and iconic standalone elements that together create a serene yet distinctly defined interior character.

The centerpiece of the living area is the open-concept layout of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The focal point is the COMFORT/MIAMI series, where smooth surfaces blend with vertically milled dark veneer in American Brown Oak and a striking countertop featuring dramatic marble veining. Adjacent to the kitchen island is a dining area with a generous JS48 table and comfortable NORMAN chairs. The light-colored upholstery of the chairs complements the overall color scheme and visually lightens the composition.

The living room’s relaxation area focuses on comfort—the textured POLYGON sofa, velvety MIDI armchairs with a BOB ottoman, and subtle KS18 side tables. The overall atmosphere is complemented by the LINE/HARMONY furniture set with subtle LED backlighting.

The SPACE and MILLENIUM doors are an unobtrusive yet important part of the interior. Thanks to their unified design, they blend seamlessly with the surrounding surfaces, preserving the clean lines of the architecture and emphasizing the minimalist concept of the space. The composition is complemented by the all-glass FLY doors made of clear bronze-tinted glass, which bring more light into the interior, maintain the visual connection between individual zones, and emphasize the airy feel of the living space.

The bedroom is designed in the spirit of a five-star hotel suite. The focal point is a bed with a tufted headboard, behind which the milled wall paneling stands out. The overall impression is completed by KS18 nightstands and designer glass light fixtures. Through an elegant sliding glass door, the bedroom opens onto a spacious, backlit LINE/CASA walk-in closet, which offers a well-thought-out storage solution.

The interior’s cohesive design language extends into the hallway and bathroom through LINE furniture. The Champagne-colored hallway cabinet blends seamlessly with the wall, while the Mocca Star high-gloss bathroom cabinet complements the luxurious marble tile with black accents. This creates a unified material and color concept that flows naturally throughout the entire apartment.
