Vitkovia Center

A multifunctional building was constructed at the intersection of Husitská and Pod Vítkovem streets, for which we designed and implemented the interiors of 19 residential units ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk, equipped to an above-standard specification. The implementation shows how it is possible to work with a uniform material concept and well-thought-out details across different types of apartments within a development project.

The project sensitively combines the historical atmosphere of Prague 3 with contemporary demands for quality urban living. The seven-story building offers a total of 31 apartments ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk, modern apartments, and representative commercial and office spaces. The architectural concept is based on a minimalist approach and strict geometric symmetry, which is emphasized by large-format windows that bring plenty of daylight into the interiors.

Our interior design solutions are based on a uniform material and design foundation that is flexibly adapted to different apartment sizes and lifestyles. The combination of variability, functionality, and long-term timelessness represents an effective approach to furnishing development projects without compromising on quality.

The location of Prague's Žižkov district also plays an important role, with its complete civic amenities, rich cultural life, and proximity to green spaces such as Parukářka and Riegrovy sady. The combination of a dynamic urban environment with quieter areas creates an attractive place for modern living.
