Jambs and architraves
Interior jambs are replacing obsolete steel jambs, which are not aesthetic. The jambs are put in the door openings in the final phase of construction, when the plastering has been finished and the floor is laid.
Architraves up to a height of 2,100 mm are fitted with two hidden hinges. If the height exceeds 2,100 mm, they are fitted with three hidden hinges. The finish of all surfaces and edges resists humid environments.
The joints of the architraves in the corners can be 45° in the case of veneer and 45° or 90° in the case of painted architraves. The jambs can be produced in a surface finish different from the finish and colour design of the door wing.
